SC MILLING CHUCKS

OML is pleased to offer a complete line-up of non-rotating Milling Chucks. Available in both three and four-jaw configurations, our square Milling Chucks take up less space, allowing the chucks to be easily grouped together in a smaller space. Milling Chucks are available in the following sizes:

• Three-Jaw: 105mm – 250mm (4.1” – 9.8”)
• Four-Jaw: 150mm – 250mm (5.9” – 9.8”)

OML’s Milling Chucks can also be integrated into the MULTIDEX system: a 4-Axis clamping system for horizontal machining centers. MULITDEX integrates TOUCHDEX automatic mechanical indexing tables, allowing workpieces to be machined on all five sides in a single setup.

Y Chucks New!

Three jaw chuck converts to compact vise.

The static Y Chucks joins the SC Milling Chucks with a new feature allowing the transformation of the chuck into an extremely strong and compact vise.

Y Chucks are available in sizes ranging from 160mm (6.30”) to 300mm (11.81”).
